Thanks so much Dad! I did think it was from Poland, but the second head mark thru me. I appreciate you help.

Anyone know where this ring was made? I've searched but can't find anything like it. It looks like there are 2 different types of heads. The ring is marked on the outside of the shank. There is a mark below with about a dozen letters, but it is too worn to make out.
