Could this be the mark for Bell Trading post? Weighs 107grams and is 3 Tall inches high by 5 inches in diameter.Thank You...

Possible Sterling flask topper??
I found this item while metal detecting on Sunday. I think its a Sterling flask topper however it seems too large for that. Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to the maker. The hallmark is half worn off, its stamped Sterling then
