Bombilla Tea Sipper Straws with 800 MH? mark

I have some of these straws which I just learned are referred to as a bombilla. I have some that are Eberle and learned these are mainly from South America. Thank You! Once I thought monkey I couldn't picture it as anything else, haha. It would probably help if I was more familiar with older fonts and saw this as a T and not a J. I've got several other spoons and silver items I found recently but will try my best to not have to keep coming here and ...

Souvenir Spoon Marked with what looks like a monkey and a 16

I found a bunch of souvenir spoons and am having trouble identifying this one and I've been searching all morning. First marking almost looks like a monkey inside of a J, then says sterling and then has the number 16. Anyone recognize this? Thanks
