Silver Spoon 950 - Arrow Assay with circle in Shaft
I have recently purchased 6 950 silver spoons. Apart from the 950 Silver, the only other assay mark is that of an arrow, with a circle with the shaft of the arrow. Due to the styling of the spoons, I did think that they maybe USA in origin, however the majority of 950 silver within this forum seems ...

Silver Sugar Tongs with Horse SC assay
I have recently acquired these pretty sugar tongs. I can see clearly the image of Victoria, but my searches in relation to the assay stamp of the horse with initials SC, has sadly been in vain. Please can anyone help identify. Many thanks Russell https://www.925-1000.com/pics/Ximg.jpg https://www.92...

Re: Lawrence Emanuel Silver Choker 1903
Many thanks for your post - apologies for the "out of focus" images - the lock is also marked, lion, anchor 1903 and L.E - its total length is 11 inches, its clearly too delicate to be a animal collar, hence my assumption of being a choker necklace. Any ideas as to where I could gain any f...

Lawrence Emanuel Silver Choker 1903

Niello Tea / Coffee Set
I have recently been offered a Niello Tea / Coffee set, I normally collect UK assay'd silver, but was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me some advise. The set weighs 26oz, and I have loaded some images that I believe include a possible markers mark. The jug and bowl have a P engraved...

Wine Taster - Diamond Stamp Query
I recently purchased a blackened wine taster from a local Car Boot. The object seems solid silver - indeed two local Silver Smith seem to have formed a split decision. However the cup is stamped with a Diamond shape, inside of which (the diamond stamp) there is an A on the LHS and M on the RHS. In b...
