If I am not mistaken, the maker's mark is for Simpson, Hall & Miller which later was acquired by International Sterling sometime around the 1910s. I have seen pieces before for sale on eBay. But you must use the correct search words. Best of luck to you!

Please Help Me Identify This Manufacturer
Hello, I have spent dozens of hours searching for the manufacturer of this beautiful 15 ozt Solid Sterling Bowl. It is also marked Sterling over 925/1000 and 243 over PAT'D as well as the pictured cartouche. Thank you in advance for your expertise. Best Regards, Bernard https://i.imgur.com/aE4D415.j...

Re: Serving spoon marked with Maltese Cross 1877 cursive R 910
Just for your reference, I just purchased 3 of these exact spoons on eBay. They failed all of my Silver physical testings, so I am not quite sure what they are made of. Pewter, Tin? Definitely not a spot of Silver.

Re: Need Help On Unknown Hallmark and Pattern
Thank you so much for your help. The Cleone pattern must be somewhat rare. I have yet to see individual pieces on various auction sites. I love this pattern. Any insights where I might start building my set? Have a great week and thanks again.

Bernard
