Not sure if this maker's mark is an H or a U with a line or an arrow through it? Anyone guess?

I have a ring that I'm trying to identify the maker. The symbol has an arrow pointing right, there's a square underneath the arrow, and then a hatchet hangs to the left of the square, like it's hanging from the arrow...blade facing left.
