Looked at my library, and I do have the later version of the Little Book, however on pg 217 I did not see any entry for "CEL"

I do have a 2001 version of The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks, however my book only goes up to pg 148.

Do you have a newer version? ... not that it matters much since the picture frame is still unidentified.

Can anyone identify this maker's mark?
The workmanship is very similar to Matilde Eugenia Poulat (MATL) or Ricardo Salas.
but the marks show otherwise.

Does anyone have any info on the Br.S mark on this spoon? The spoon is engraved Kristiania, so it's pre 1925. It seems to be a tea strainer, or is it something else?
