I have an unidentified S.B. mark on this souvenir spoon.
Could it be Saart Brothers?

Evil,
Looked at my library, and I do have the later version of the Little Book, however on pg 217 I did not see any entry for "CEL"

Re: Beautiful Mexican Sterling Picture Frame
Evil,
Thank you for your update on this item.
I do have a 2001 version of The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks, however my book only goes up to pg 148.
Do you have a newer version? ... not that it matters much since the picture frame is still unidentified.

Hi Ed, Welcome to the Forum. Yes, the images were there, but this is why we don't recommend Google images, as they appear to unexpectedly drop out. As Qrt.S has mentioned, https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) is recommended. Trev. Thank you for your assis...

[quote="ike"]Does anyone have any info on the Br.S mark on this spoon? The spoon is engraved Kristiania, so it's pre 1925. It seems to be a tea strainer, or is it something else? (It has a great tapered twisted handle.) (This is my first post... The Eternal Procrastinator ! https://i.posti...

Perhaps:
J. Merchant wc 1795 NY, NY
but it sorta looks newer than that.... i.e. your font looks newer
