Hi, Can anyone identify this French Silversmith who made the lovely collar?
Hammered finish, with handmade chain. Lozenge with maker initials TB with two joined circles on top of each other.

Thanks guys for the ideas, yes could be a loose tea scoop. I'm not sure if they would have nuts readily available in Russia in 1888, not sure about that.

Hello, Not sure, but think this a Turkish design set with blue stones, cant see any air bubbles through the blue stones.
