Thanks, Trev!
I am a little challenged when it comes to deciphering Old English capitals.... I wondered about the T and B (which of course are actually J and D) ... but frankly, why put dividing lines in a capital D? lol ... I guess it must have made sense to them, if not to me....
Thank you also ...

Danish Silverplate?
Hello,
I know I researched this demitasse spoon a while back, but now I don't know where I got the information I jotted down!
I think it's Danish silverplate, but in perusing the Danish information on-site, if it's there, I don't see it.

Thomas Bradbury & Sons??
Hi, Everyone!
I have a silverplated cake knife that I think is Thomas Bradbury & Sons, but the maker's stamp has only one S and not two. The letters of the stamps also look slightly different to me....
If anyone can confirm or redirect me, I would really appreciate the help!

Korean marks
Hello All...
Have some cocktail forks (I think ... maybe shrimp?) that we thought were Vietnamese. It's kinda funny because I was taking a photo of them the other day and suddenly noticed that they have "KOREA" printed on the front of them as part of the handle design. So, they are not Vietnamese ...

Hi, Trev!
Thanks for the help ... I wasn't looking only at the shadows, but there are some buffed out beads on the right side of the leopard which suggested a crown and I was also looking at the ears, which on the uncrowned leopard on the hallmarks page, look different from the stamp on the piece ...

Second doubts.....
Hello again...
Thanks so much to Mike and Buckler for the help with the tongs!
Now, in looking at the photos in close up, it occurred to me that I think I'm reading the date stamp wrong.
Getting really close up, it is obvious that the leopard is crowned, which means it has to be pre-1822 ...

Quick Question
Hello, Everyone!
I may be confusing myself, but I have some sugar tongs and I can't tell if the maker is Thomas Shepherd or Thomas Streetin. Would one of you more experienced owls please help?

One more question...
Hello!
Another question occurred to me: What does the "43" mean? I was going under the assumption (probably dangerous) that this number was the patent stamp, which would put the dish in the 1846 - 1861 age bracket, which is where I went with this....
Thanks again for everyone's help!

Hi, Everyone!
Am I wrong in thinking that this Baltimore Style nut dish from Kirk & Son was made in 1854?
Any help would be deeply appreciated!
Sincerely,
Susan

Hi, Miles!
Thanks for the information!!
You know, the spoon's date stamp really confused us ... it looks almost like an apple with 2 little leaves at the top. I guess the variations still trip me up and we didn't recognize it as the "d" for 1896....
Anyway, thanks for the info and the explanation ...

Hello, Everyone!
We have what is supposed to be a baby/child's dinner set -- fork, spoon, napkin ring in what appears to be an original case.
All 3 pieces have different date stamps and we're having trouble matching them to the date stamps on the Sheffield date page.
If we're even close on ...
