Hello
This is Moroccan. Likely nickel silver/maillechort
The lower line reads
فاس المغرب or Fes Maghrib
The first word on the right of the upper line is "intaj" انتاج meaning production. The rest is the name of the workshop/company but I can't figure it out
Hope this is of interest

Hello
This could be كاويان Kavian or possibly كاوياني Kaviani
Kavian is a small town in Iran - an unlikely hub of silversmithing - but both words can be family names. It is more likely the name of the smith although I have not come across the name before in connection with Iranian silver.

Re: Unusual Stamped Silver Mark on Plated Coffee Set
Hello again
I found the same items posted on another site with additional photos
One of the words above the head looks like العروسة (the bride). Perhaps the image is the head of a bride?
Can you post crisper images of the text both above and below the head and of the head itself?
Thanks
Damon

Hello Alex
I believe that the images on your bowl are inspired by the Achaemenid friezes at Persopolis.
There is a fine example of this type of imagery on a Persian cigarette box held in the British Museum. Please check https://www.britishmuseum.org/collection/object/W_2012-6024-1 for images and ...

Hello
Interesting observation about an Armenian connection
There were a number of Armenian silversmiths who moved from Van to Tabriz in northern Iran and and some moved south to Tehran and Isfahan
