Gee

Wow thanks that is really helpful. So one piece is 1916 and the other is from 1917. By the way the advice on how to clean the pieces has been great. I am still working on the inside of the pots as the previous owner has charcoal in them. The outside is very clean now but it is taking forever to get ...

But isn't the RD number saying what date it is since the RD number that I have on the items falls between 1905 and 1906? Isn't that conclusive or is the list not listing every RD number issued? Sorry I am new to this whole thing so I am curious.

Walker & Hall date?

Ok now I hope I get this right. Sorry, I tried to read the posting rules. I have a medical condition and I don't read beyond a few words. So I have I think a coffee and tea pot that both say they were made by Walker and Hall in Sheffield. The rest of the stamps I do not understand and I have looked ...

Maybe German?

Hi this is a cigarette case and there is engraving that is in German so that is why I am posting here but I can't be sure that it is the place it was made. I wasn't able to photograph the hallmark. It says 925S.F. I did look in the list on this site but could not identify the maker. There is also tw...

Something else

I saw something that also had a small spoon and maybe a fork which seems unrelated but it had the scissors as well. Like a kit to be all purpose or something. If you know what I mean. The outer of the other kit was much more ornate but since you said there were scissors with it then that made me thi...
