reed & barton 5 1/4" round soup spoon

Post by schillaci »

I have been searching the internet for the origin if this reed & Barton 5 1/4" round soup spoon.
The mark looks to me like u.s. air force or army wings logo. If you can look very very closely there
seems to be a letter "c" in between the two wings. It's hard to see but I'm pretty sure it's not a "g".
On the back of the stem is marked "reed & Barton".
Any help i.d.ing this is appreciated. Thanks.

p.s I cant figure out how to upload pics. sorry for that
