SIlver Mexico L in Circle Mark - Please Help If You Can

Hello All,

I am new to the discussion boards and it is only out of frustration(do not post unless last resort). Have spent the last three months trying my best to find the maker associated with this mark; my searching ability sucks. If you know anything about this piece or can send me in the right direction please let me know.

Marked Silver Mexico
Hallmark is L in a circle.

The yellow gems are either glass or amber, I do not know.
