I got this pair of sterling candelabras at an estate auction real cheap. The mark is a S in a horizontal diamond.

Hello,

I have a set of cufflinks with the exact s in a diamond. If you find out anything about the manufacturer, would you be so kind to contact me.

Thanks in advance

Possibly, Schweitzer Silver Corp of Brooklyn NY. Per Rainwater, c.1950 to late 1960s.

I just bought a beautiful sterling cream & sugar set in excellent condition in Pasadena,CA. The mark is a S inside of the diamond. This set was made by Schweitzer Silver Corp in Brooklyn, NY. It was a division of Lord Silver, Inc., active in 1950's - 1960's. Under the S inside the diamond is the word "STERLING" and under that is "weighted". 1/14/2016
