Silver Chalice Question

I have two silver chalices that have cupids, what I think is grapevines and leaves, then three figures on the opposite side of the cupids. On the bottom are some strange symbols. I thought maybe they were Chinese, but I have looked everywhere on this site and a ton of others and I can't find anything about these. Does anyone have any idea what these are and when they were made?

Thank you. I took one the other way. Do you know what the mark means or what country they are from?

The mark is 'C & Co' in Gothic type letters - Castle - 'EP' (Electro Plated).

Corbell & Co. sourced their products from many different countries.
