Monogram on a silver 0,935 pocket watch

Can anyone tell me the makers mark of the monogram on this silver pocket watch.
Is it a makers mark of is it a brand sign.
2 letters, "Z" and "E" is this correct?

Given the apparent crude nature of the prick-marking it may be the owner's monogram done at home with a sharp point.

Are the rosettes around holes of winding and setting arbors done the same way?
As suggested, the owner had it done.
