silver bangle bracelet

Hoping someone can idenifythe maker of this bracelet. I assume it is Mexican because of the bull fighting theme. Can't find hallmark anywhere online. At first I thought it was a bee hive. it is partical worn but can make out 'Garica' a canoe?, an arrow?. Lady I inherited it from was 80+ year old and used to travel to Mexico with her mother in the 1950- 60's maybe earlier.
