Augsburg or Kassel Kiddush Cup?

I'm new at this. Any help identifying maker and possible date is greatly appreciated. Cup is about 2 1/2" tall and 2 3/4" across the top.

The cup is a "tumbler" from Augsburg around 1700 by Paul Solanier
