I cannot identify this maker, any help would be appreciated.

22cm wide and 340 g.

John Bayly, working dates 1787-1804.

Yes 1800 is correct.

Can anybody point me in the direction of information about John Bayly? I cannot find anything and it is my first piece by that maker.

John Bayly is listed in Dublin street directories from 1799 to 1804 at 38 Fishamble Street [ref: Collecting Irish Silver by Douglas Bennett]
