Any idea what country this eagle represent? It seems to be an Imperial eagle, maybe Polish, but viewed from above while flying with head pointing forward. It looks like the crown is held in the beak.

I had a closer look at crown. It seems to be a coronet of a marquess. Still trying to figure out if it is Austrian, German or Polish.
