German silver mark?
Re: German silver mark?
12 Loth/Lot silver standard (.750 min. fine) mark, thence Eagle/Star(?) town mark, then Intials maker mark....follows German form. World Silver Standards list puts 12 Lot as Germany or Prussia: https://www.925-1000.com/a_Standards.html
Let's wait to see what else comes up.

Could it be Valahia-Romania?
Re: German silver mark?
Dear florilos!
I think, you are right, Romania is more likely.
Best regards!

Re: German silver mark?
Hi,
Wallachia coat of arms, an aquila (heraldic bird) holding in its beak an Orthodox cross.
Silversmiths from Balkan countries still under Ottoman rule were often trained in Austria - Hungary and having returned back home used Loth standards and improvised marks depicting coat of arms of their country.
This is very early Biedermeier, let`s say first decades of 19th century.
