Hi just want to understand a braclet with hallmarks it has a... e ltd... an anchor... A lion..... And a V...
It has a pat number and some other

Just to put things in perspective. During the period 1890-1920, the Birmingham Assay Office received registrations from in excess of 4,500 manufacturers, who entered over 15,000 marks during that period.
