Chinese makers mark, tea set

Here is a Chinese silver plated tea set. The mark is quite distinct and the same one that appears on the Wold Hallmarks Overview page, but cant find it in the actual Chinese makers listing. Looks like a silver mark but the brass base metal is showing through. Any information would be most useful.
