have a ID to a new mark to be added to website S&P in each in separate hearts sterling

Founded as Simmons & Paye Co in May 1896. Name changed to Paye & Bker in 1901. Went out of business as a separate entity in the early 1960s.

Jesse Owen Simmons and Charles Thomas Paye established their company in Providence, RI.
