Hi,
Tbilisi Jewelry Factory (Тбилисская Ювелирная Фабрика).
Hellenic letter omicron is for Tbilisi assay office. When star mark was introduced in 1958 omicron was replaced with Cyrillic Г (G).
Meaning, ТЮ8 and worker`s head with hammer mark and omicron is year 1958.

Excellent photos of the marks, couldn't be better. This is perfect example of what kind of photos should be shown in order to help identifying makers, places, difficult marks etc. Thank you!
