Could anyone please help me read these marks on this spoon. Thank you!

Please post a clearer picture of the marks. All I can make out is that it's a Dublin hallmark so I have moved the topic from London to Irish Hallmarks.

and because you have only supplied a single picture your post is now under "British Hallmarks - Single Image".....
The hallmark is Dublin with the date letter O for 1859. I cannot positively identify JS, the maker.
