Native American / Southwestern help with mark ID

Hi,
Recently picked up this very cool case / box...measures approx 4 1/4" x 2 3/4". Assuming Native American or maybe Southwestern. I've searched but cannot find the mark anywhere, hoping someone might recognize it. Thanks!
