Hi, it is raining over here. Strasbourg France, 13 under crown; designation of the Straßburg 13-lot silver work around 1750 with variants up to the revolution. Crowned K year letter Straßburg for 1761

It is raining where I am also.

To add to oel’s excellent information, the maker of your salt cellar is Johann Jacob Ullmann, using a mark he registered in 1749. His later mark was registered in 1763.
