I need help identifying a mark on a spoon

I have this spoon with a mark on I cant find anywhere. I've been told it could possibly be 17th century Wessex but would love to know more

To me the mark looks as if it is in the style of a Hanau pseudo-hallmark but I can not identify the particular maker.
