Perhaps German, Hanau, pseudo marks
See;J.D.Schleissner und Söhne Hanau numbers; {[s446b] and [s449] and [s451]

There is no doubt about J.D.Schleissner und Söhne, Hanau; well documented marks, end of 19th century or early 20th century.
