Please advaice is it sterling silver or silverplated.

Hi, no not sterling but silverplated, the mark of Schoonhovensche Zilverfabriek H. Hooijkaas in Schoonhoven.

Your welcome. For the record marks for silver-plated items, mark Bonnet(or cardinal's cap), HH with a dot on either side in a hexagon, and 90. This number is a measure of the thickness of the layer of silver applied.
