I searched seveal sources including this forum but have not been able to find the silversmith mark. To me, it looks like "TP" with the letters on each side of an urn. The pieces are stamped with minerva, so they are .950. There are late 19th/early 20th century. Any help is appreciated.

Re: 20th Century Tea & Sugar mark
I have a couple of Tétard pieces and I admire his work greatly. I'm a bit familair with his history in that he took over from Émile Hugo, and then his three sons took over for him. Both he and his sons won awards for their creations. I'm also familair with these two poinçons of the Tétard house:
I'm not aware of his being in business with another goldsmith with the initial of "P"
Please provide your source that suggested this could be a Tétard piece.

Hi,
I think the 'P' that you see is just the result of a worn mark with the merging of the detail within it.
Trev.

Hello
Agree with Trev that this is just a worn mark. I have little doubt that your items are by Tétard.

P.S. The Tétard symbol of a kettle (une huguenotte) is also very distinctive and specific to this maker.
Re: 20th Century Tea & Sugar mark
Many thanks guys. I can see it now. What I thought was the base of the urn is really an "F' It doesn't seem like one of their better pieces however.
