Birmingham Napkin Ring Maker's mark query

I have a Napkin ring with the marks for the Birmingham Assay Office, Sterling Silver and the lower case 'v' for 1920. The Maker's Mark is rather worn but appears to be 'G.F.W. & S'. Can anyone identify this maker please?
