G.Hellstrøm and who else?

I picked this teaspoon from the silverplate box in a second hand store, partly because I suspect it might be solid silver, and partly because I became curious about the unknown mark.

There are two marks:
The first mark is likely the "G.H."-mark of the prominent and productive silversmith company G.Hellstrøm of nearby Stavanger, Norway.
G.Hellstrøm marketed a wide range of both solid silver and silverplated items of own and foreign production.

The second mark is unknown to me, and could be a Danish, German or Dutch producer of finished or semi-finished products.

Any information on the marks, the spoon, or anything related is appreciated!
