Hello,
I am new to the forum but am hoping somebody can help me identify the hallmark on this set of brushes? The book I usually use has not turned anything up.
Thanks in advance,
Oliver
Can anyone help to identify this?

Hi
Although the mark is a bit rubbed, I would say the maker is William Neale of Chester with a 1900 date letter.

Hello Oliver, if you have a look at the web site "silvermakersmarks", there in the Chester entry for William Neale you will see that among the items made by that "silversmiths", dressing table sets is noted.
