Strange Worms city mark?

Help define this strange mark. The key and number 13 is the Worms, Germany mark. But what do other marks mean?

Hi Alex,

Perhaps pseudo/fake marks?
The only mark I recognize, 2nd image upside down, the Austro-Hungary import mark AV conjoined (Auslandsverkehr/foreign goods ), used between 1902-1922 both in Austria and Hungary, with only Hungary continuing the use until 1937. The other small mark ?800 in club frame-shape?
