Hi!

Can't attribute this one to from were it is from. Perhaps English or German? Any knowledge welcome!

The first mark is in the bottom and the second mark on the lids rim.

Hi Juke, perhaps German, Dresden, maker's mark ZS in monogram for Zacharias Schlosser der Jüngere, active around last quarter 17th century.
His father was called Zacharias Schlosser der Ältere
Peter.

Dresden town mark D in a 'round"shield used 17th century, according to Marc Rosenberg and ZS in monogram probably for Zacharias Schlosser der Jüngere, apprentice 1640-46, died 1676. Dresden used year letters but the first serie is shown as of 1702.

I believe the mark in the lids rim to be TF in monogram under a small A in an oval, a later Austria-Hungary duty mark ( Middle Tax Stamp ( Tax Free Stamp) for Newer Viennese Silverwork 1810-1824) # 7887

You are right, he is it.
I think this shape of the Dresden hallmark was used ca. 1670-80
