Large spoon marked 800HB

Good evening
I found this today I an antique shop. It is 26cm long, 50g and is marked with 800 HB. The handle is engraved M. Brindeau.
Any information will be welcome

The silence, lack of responses (except one by Codirosso) indicates this is not a simple task. I have no 100% proof, missing an exact match, but you can place the spoon with good faith in the late 1800's, central Europe, say Switzerland. Why? The make, type, and the light weight of 50 gramm for such a long spoon is typical for the late 1800. Then, I have spoons with the very same "800" stamp, marked with a Swiss retailer. I assume HB is not a maker, but an unidentified retailer. This is supported by the fact that H and B seem to be two separate punches. Manufacturer usually had one punch with their mark.
I do not know where the item is made, maybe a larger company which sold their items to retailers without manufacturer mark, only with the fineness mark.

Thank you Jorg. Yes this spoon does not fit in with any of my other spoons of similar size. I have ones from Germany, Russia, England and Naples, all much heavier. I will do some more digging around
