Hello, the helmet on the left hand side is the mark of "Vereinigte Silberwarenfabriken" from Düsseldorf, a medium large company, active as flatware producer until the 1960ies. The pattern is 2500 (no name) and came out shortly after 1900. The other marks are not German. Regards Bahner

At the right of the German marks we see the Austro-Hungary import mark AV (AuslandsVerkehr) under eagle with spread wings. This import mark was used between 1902 and 1922, in both Austria and Hungary, with only Hungary continuing its use until 1937.

The other not German mark is a Soviet hallmark, worker's head facing right with a hammer on his shoulder in oval, used 1927-1958. The regional assay office letter at the right of worker's face, if an O, it is for Tbilisi (used1927-1954) or Odessa (1958). An oval frame-shape designated an item weighing over 10 gram.
