Russian Soviet era hallmark identification help

Hello,

I wonder if anyone could help me determine the approximate production year of a piece of Soviet jewellery I own. It’s made of gold and features a hallmark that I can't fully identify, specially time period.

I've attached photos of the stamp and hallmark on the reverse. Any insights into the manufacturer or the time period would be greatly appreciated.

About fineness of the gold I know.
As you can see stamp ".1ЛВ" with right knowledge one can decipher year and factory.
Unfortunately I can't find right book about soviet era hallmarks.
