(I am sure I have seen this stylized "Sterling" hallmark before, somewhere, if anybody has seen it before it would be great to figure this out, also I don't know what this is, it could be a top of a cocktail shaker, or it could be a novelty item that stores a cork from a champagne bottle, or something else...?)
