The brandy bowl has been converted into a basket. The 16th century Groningen brandy bowls that I have seen did not have a folded edge but a straight sharp edge. On a Groningen brandy bowl you would also expect a city mark/date letter *.
In the Groningen Ommelanden ( country/surrounding areas) during the guild period only a master mark was struck: there are no date letters and neither is a (city) hallmark. The absence of a date letter does not exclude the city of Groningen as origin; if a precious metal object was sold on a provincial market, then hallmarking in the city was unnecessary*.
I do not believe it to be the maker's mark of Gerardus ter Beeck. For comparison, the master mark of Gerardus ter Beeck
Perhaps an other candidate.

TB in monogram.
NB. The changes to the brandy bowl have major consequences.
