Unknown maker (?) Focke. Assay mark “D”. Datable? TIA

Hello, likely H.D.W- Focke from Hamburg (or his son H.W.L: Focke). They died in 1865 and 1866 resp., no idea who or if the shop continued. The D under the Hamburg tower is most likely that for 1853 until at least 1865, which would fit. Regards Bahner.
