It looks like a fish serving knife, one usually used in conjuction with a matching fork.

Another possibility is a frozen dessert or cake knife as the blade is slightly dished, unlike a flat fish serving knife.
A google search for “antique frozen dessert serving knife” will show you examples.

Thank you both for your responses. Actually, the blade is completely flat. It is shadows that make it look otherwise.
