I would like to date this lovely salt shakes, but I don't know about Gorham. Could you help me?.

Does letter "A" indicates the year of manufacture?

Hello.
Most Gorham holloware has date marks.

Don't see any date marks in your picture. Maybe salt and pepper shakers were too small, not sure.

Gorham used letter prefixes such as your letter "A" from early 1898 to sometime between 1930 and 1932.
So, your S&P shakers date to that period.
The letter "A" prefix was used on holloware related to dining.
The letters B and C were used on vanity items and desk accessories.
