I am looking for what kind of spoon this is? Who made it and how old it is?

The mark says 925/1000sterling and is 5 1/4 long.

The marking looks to me like something from Kirk, Stieff, or another of the Baltimore silversmiths, but I did not find the pattern.

Have seen the 925-over-1000 mark on pieces by a number of different manufacturers, believe this is the Washington pattern by Providence, RI maker W.H. Manchester & Co.
