1940s Mexican Silver Mark on Silver Amethyst Bangle Bracelet

This is a Mexican silver bracelet I believe to be made in the 1930s or 1940s but after doing lots of research I still can't attribute this signature to an artist. I wonder if a more experienced collector can help me?

I agree with you on the dating and I've seen a number of other pieces with this mark. Have not been able to identify the maker, but I read the mark as "Elna".
