MAKERS MARK F L and BACKWARD C or J- PLEASE HELP IDENTIFY !

I have a Taxco metales casado brooch/pendant with an eagle 3 and a makers mark of F L and backward C or J. I also would like help in identifying that, and the motif on the front ?

My references don't identify your mark.
Just in case you don't know, "metales casado" means married metals.
