Where are you leading us to? I do not see the mark in the link you provided, being an amature with old eyes what am I missing?

Yes, the spoon is made by TH. Marthinsens SÃ¸lvvarefabrikk in TÃ¸nsberg, Norway and is for children and was produced ca 1940-50
