Taxco additional hallmarks, need help! Thanks

I just recently purchased a ring that has many hallmarks. Some I understand and other's I don't. I also wonder why so many?

Any help would greatly be appreciated. It has the eagle 3, a circle "sterling 925 taxci" and in the center the initials "JHE". It also has the number "2078", another stamp "sterling 925". The odd one is (which I can't make out because it is worn) is OOO, or OUD with the word taxco underneath it.
